Innovations Software Technology was founded by six partners in August of 1997, with the introduction of its revolutionary new business systems software, Visual Rules.  Visual Rules is a Java-based business rules management system that graphically models business logic.  Now, eleven years later, the Visual Rules BRMS has become indispensable technology for its many clients and continues to expand.

Based on this business rules technology, Innovations has developed a range of industry solutions: customer management systems for private banking, compliance solutions to prevent money laundering and illegal insider trading, and credit risk management systems to evaluate risks based upon the requirements of the Basel II rating system.
